General Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The website is operated by <strong>WOOD RETREAT S.R.L.<\/strong>, with registered office in <strong>Codlea, Cet\u0103\u021bii Street, No. 6, Apt. 2, Bra\u0219ov County<\/strong>, registered with the Trade Register under no. <strong>J20\/250457\/29000<\/strong>, having the Unique Registration Code <strong>52033906<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cabins are located in Holbav, Bra\u0219ov County, on Dealul Mare Street, and can be found on Google Maps and Waze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Description of Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The services offered through the website include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accommodation in two modern, fully equipped cabins;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to amenities such as a panoramic terrace, gazebo, barbecue, garden, Wi-Fi, and parking;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The possibility to request extra services (e.g., airport transfer).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Bookings and Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reservations are made exclusively through the online system on the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reservation is considered confirmed only after full payment of the amount corresponding to the stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment is made through the electronic methods provided on the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The service beneficiary is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the booking form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date allow for a full refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of no-show or early departure, the amount paid is non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon request, a rescheduling of the stay may be requested once, within an available period in the next 6 months, provided that notification is made at least 7 days before the arrival date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Check-in \/ Check-out<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> between 3:00 PM \u2013 8:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> by 11:00 AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any late check-out must be communicated and approved in advance. Without prior agreement, additional charges may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Property Use Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smoking is prohibited inside the cabins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pets are not allowed, except with explicit prior approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parties, events, or any activities that may disturb others or damage the property are strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quiet hours must be respected: 10:00 PM \u2013 8:00 AM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any damage caused to the property or provided items will be charged to the guest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The operator cannot be held liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unforeseen events (e.g., power outages, weather conditions, road access issues) that cannot be reasonably controlled;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improper use of the equipment or facilities provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
